Six nights to come back to yourself
This retreat is designed for people who are ready to slow down, reconnect with themselves, and experience healing in a new way.
It brings together trauma-informed therapeutic practice, mindfulness, and restorative experiences in a beautiful natural setting. To help participants deepen their connection to self and intuition.
There is structure, and there is deliberate space that is not filled with anything at all. Unstructured time for integration is part of the design, not a gap in it.
